Order Policy
The customer can order through our online store mealion.gr, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, choosing between four meal packages that we provide (4-6-10-14). After successful completion and payment of the order, the products are sent by the next available shipment during the working days of the week.
• The products are sent in refrigerated cars that comply with all legal specifications for safe food transport at temperatures between 0-5 degrees Celsius.
• On the scheduled delivery day, orders are delivered between 10:00 and 20:00
In case of unforeseen circumstances of force majeure, please note that there may be delays in delivery. We will do our best to notify you in good time of any changes to the delivery time.
The time of delivery of your order is determined as follows:
If you have completed your order by the closing time of the day (23:59) you will receive:
Saturday / Sunday / Monday —> Thursday
Tuesday / Wednesday —> Saturday
Thursday / Friday —> Monday
In addition to the predetermined first available day of delivery of your order, you can choose any other working day of your choice for a period of 30 days that appears on the order form.
If the day of receipt is a public holiday, the delivery is postponed to the next working day.
In case of a large volume of orders to be delivered, which makes it impossible to service according to the above timetable, your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which will be shown to you on the order form as the next available delivery day option, i.e. before completion and payment of the order.
The customer will receive a text message reminding and informing about his order, to the mobile phone number he stated when placing the order, the day before the scheduled delivery day, as well as 45-60 minutes before the estimated delivery time.
In the event that the customer is unable to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, for reasons of force majeure, the delivery of the order can be rescheduled, at no extra charge, only for the same day, after the customer has agreed with the distributor and under the provided that this is feasible based on the distribution route.
• In case the customer is unable to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, for reasons of force majeure, and it is not possible for any reason to reschedule the delivery on the same day as above, the order is considered undeliverable and the shipment will be rerouted on next business day after telephone consultation between our Company and the customer. In this case, there is an additional fee of 4.00 euros, which the customer undertakes to pay to the distributor upon delivery of the products.
• The maintenance instructions for the products are written on their packaging and, after their delivery by our Company to you, the correct observance of the above instructions is solely your responsibility.
Upon receipt of the package and before unsealing it, please check for any damage and if you notice anything, contact us.
After receiving your order, our Company does not bear any responsibility or obligation to compensate, return or replace the products or refund money, in case of alteration or destruction of the products that occurred due to your failure to follow the product maintenance instructions indicated on the packaging us.
• Your contact information (phone, email, etc.) and the delivery address of your order (city, address, postal code, floor, etc.), which you are asked to enter on the order form, must be correct and accurate.
In the event that the contact information and/or delivery address entered by you is incomplete or inaccurate, our Company is not obliged to search for the correct information, while, if due to the above omissions or inaccuracies it is not possible to deliver your order, the Our company bears no responsibility or liability for compensation or refund.
• Our Company does not bear any responsibility or obligation to compensate, return or replace the products or refund, in the event that for any reason, on the scheduled day and time of delivery of your order, you are not physically present at the address registered by you delivery and/or in the event that it is impossible for us to communicate with you on the contact details registered by you (telephone, email, etc.).
