What is mealion?
meallion is a provider of premium quality meals delivered to your door tasty, nutritious and ready to eat. Let us do the shopping, cooking and cleaning for you. You just heat, enjoy and repeat!
How does the service work?
You enter meallion.gr and choose one of the four available packages of 4, 6, 10 or 14 meals, fill your package with the dishes you like and set the day it will be delivered to you. So simple!
Can I only order one meal?
No. Our service allows you to choose one of the packages of 4, 6, 10 or 14 meals, in order to form a complete view of the variety of our menu and tastes, but also to ensure the most favorable price.
Are meallion meals ready to eat?
Yes! You simply heat your meal, using an oven or microwave and following the instructions on the package.
How many days are the meals kept?
Our meals, based on the innovative production technologies we use, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days from the day of receipt, maintaining their nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.
Does meallion also work as a take away?
No. Your meals are delivered by us to the place and time you choose, once a week.
Meals: Information & conservation
How do I keep my meals in the best possible condition?
To keep the meals in excellent condition, put them in the preservation (not freezing) of the refrigerator at a temperature of 0-4°C.
How many people does each meal serve?
Each meal is designed to be eaten by one person. But of course you can also share it with your friends or family.
I need to move my meals out of the fridge for a period of time. How do I do it right?
To preserve the quality of the meals, place them in an insulated bag by placing two ice packs, one at the bottom and one at the top of the bag. The duration of keeping the temperature in the isothermal bag is determined by the external temperature conditions.
Can I freeze meals to extend their shelf life?
No. We do not recommend freezing our meals, to avoid changes in their taste and quality.
Where do you source your raw materials from?
Our suppliers are among the best in the Greek market. Our recipes are based above all on the best raw materials: the certified fine meats raised only on grass, the free-range chickens, the vegetables and legumes rich in taste and nutrition and the unmistakable pasta.
Do you put preservatives in the meals?
No. Our meals retain their taste and quality exclusively thanks to the innovative production and packaging technologies we use.
Can I modify the ingredients in a meal?
No. Our menu is designed to cover a wide range of taste and nutritional requirements. We are sure that you will discover it from the very first order.
How will I find out the caloric/nutritional value of the meals?
In the packaging of each meal there is a nutritional table, so that you have a complete picture of its nutritional value. The same information is given on meallion.gr in the presentation of each dish.
Are the allergenic ingredients of a recipe listed?
Of course. The presentation of each meal on mealion.gr also includes the "Ingredients" section, in which they are thoroughly analyzed and you can know in advance if a dish contains an allergen that you avoid. The same applies to the packaging of the meal.
Is it safe to heat the meal in its package?
Of course it is! Halopack® packaging is the most modern option for food safety, both in the refrigerator and during heating. Made of 90% recycled paper, without glue and additives, it is designed so that you can heat and eat your meal in it, saving time from serving and washing dishes.
What temperature do I heat my meal to?
On the packaging of each meal you will find information on the correct temperature and times required to heat it in an oven or microwave. You will find the same information in meallion, in the "Preparation" section in the presentation of each dish.
Why can't I find my favorite dish?
Our menu is frequently renewed because it relies heavily on seasonal raw materials, which ensure the best taste and quality in our recipes. If a favorite dish isn't available, that's probably why. In any case, we suggest you to be open to our new suggestions because only in this way you will discover the panorama of flavors that we have planned to offer you.
Can I repeat my last order?
Of course! By subscribing to our service, you have the ability to find any of your previous orders and select them again.
Delivery & packaging
What are dinnerware made of? Are they recyclable?
We use Halopack®, the world's best food packaging, because we want the best for your health and our planet. It is BPA free but also 100% recyclable, with 90% less plastic. You can recycle it by simply separating the plastic film from the paper container.
Can I return the packages to you?
No, because our packaging is not intended for reuse. You can recycle them quickly and easily.
What areas does meallion deliver to?
meallion currently serves areas of the Prefecture of Attica and Thessaloniki. Progressively our service will serve more and more areas. To find out if we deliver to your address, enter your postcode here .
When will my order be delivered?
After completing your order on mealion.gr, you are suggested three time slots within the day, during which we can deliver your package to you. You choose what works for you. We also recommend that you put the meals into storage as soon as possible, as the meals are fresh. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please note that there may be delays in delivery. We will do our best to notify you in good time of any changes to the delivery. If your meals are not delivered cool to the touch and at a safe temperature of 0-4°C, please contact Customer Service at 211 955 5415 or by e-mail at care@meallion.gr
In what conditions are the meals transported?
We ship your orders in refrigerated vehicles that meet all legal standards for the safe transportation of food. Your food stays at the right temperature during transport, inside refrigerated cabins with a temperature of 0-4°C. This is how we ensure the freshness of your meals, until you can unpack them and store them in the refrigerator.
How many times a week do I receive my meals?
Each order is delivered once a week. Due to the innovative production technologies we use, we guarantee a 7-day shelf life for our meals. In addition, by providing one delivery per customer order per week, we emit less pollutants into the environment and help protect the planet. We also take care of your own convenience, as with one pick-up a week you worry about your diet.
I have problems with delivery. What is the best way for me to get in touch with you?

What if I can't receive my order?
In the event that you are unable to receive your order, we will contact you to reschedule its delivery. In this case, there is an additional fee of €4, which you will pay when you receive your order at the distributor.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
I received a promo code, how do I redeem it?
Promo codes can be applied on the checkout page. If you redeem an offer that gives you a discount over multiple weeks, your discount will only apply to consecutive weeks of the offer being activated. If you miss a week, your discount will no longer apply.

Payment Methods / Security of Transactions
Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely manages transaction data of card payments, according to the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified according to the card transaction management security standard (PCI DSS), and is subject to periodic audits by a specialized consulting company. All Everypay services are done through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the possibility of using the 3D Secure service, an additional security layer for VISA & MasterCard cards. The Payer will then have to enter his personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.
