The customer can order through our online store meallion.gr, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, choosing between four meal packages we provide (4-6-10-14). After the successful completion and payment of the order, the products are shipped with the next available shipment during the working days of the week.
• The products are shipped in cooled cars that comply with all legal standards for safe food transport at temperatures between 0-5 degrees Celsius.
• On the day of scheduled delivery, orders are delivered from 10:00 to 20:00
In case of unforeseen force majeure circumstances, please note that there may be delays in delivery. We will do our best to notify you in good time of any changes in delivery time.

The time of delivery of your order is determined as follows:

If the order is successfully completed by the closing time of the day (23:59) you will receive the products as follows:

Σάββατο / Κυριακή / Δευτέρα —> Πέμπτη

Τρίτη / Τετάρτη—> Σάββατο

Πέμπτη / Παρασκευή —> Δευτέρα

In addition to the predetermined first available day of delivery, you may also choose any other working day up to a period of 30 days, to receive your order, that appears on the order form.

If the day of the delivery is a public holiday, the delivery is postponed for the next working day.

n case of a large volume of orders to be delivered, making it impossible to service according to the timetable above, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day and will be shown to you on the order form as the next available delivery day option, i.e. before completion and payment of the order.

The customer will receive a text message reminding and informing about the order to the mobile phone number entered, during the placement of the order, the day before the scheduled delivery day, as well as 45-60 minutes before the estimated delivery time.

In case the customer is unable to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, for reasons of force majeure, the delivery of the order can be rescheduled, free of extra charge and for the same day, under common agreement with the distributor and provided that this is feasible based on the distribution route.

• In the event that the customer is unable to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, for reasons of force majeure, and it is not possible for any reason to reschedule the delivery on the same day as above, the order is considered undeliverable and the shipment will be rerouted for the next business day after contact via phone between our Company and the customer. In this case, an additional fee of 4.00 euros applies, which the customer undertakes to pay to the distributor upon delivery of the products.

• Product preservation instructions are found on the packaging and after the customer receives their order from the Company, it is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these instructions.

Upon receiving your order and before unsealing it, please check for any external damage to the packaging and contact customer service if there is an issue.

 After receiving your order, the Company does not accept any responsibility or obligation to compensate, return or replace the products or refund the order, in case of alteration or destruction of the products that occurred due to the customer not following the products preservation instructions indicated on the packaging.

• All contact information (phone, email, etc.) and delivery address of order (city, address, postal code, floor, etc.), must be correct and accurate.

In case of incomplete or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer, the Company is not obliged to search for the correct information, while, if due to the above omissions or inaccuracies it is not possible to deliver your order, the company bears no responsibility or liability for compensation or refund.

• The Company does not bear any responsibility or obligation to compensate, return, replace the products or refund, in the event that for any reason, on the scheduled day and time of delivery of your order, the customer is not physically present at the provided address and/or in the event that it is impossible for the Company to communicate with the customer on the contact details provided. (telephone, email, etc.).
